The island has retained the charm of bygone times - there are no high-rise buildings or hotel complexes here - don't worry, there are many beautiful and new very chic or rustic holiday apartments and houses to rent... Due to the accessibility there is no mass tourism. There is little traffic, so road cycling is even more fun. 

Breathtaking views from the mountains to the sea - pure nature, there are still so many corners where there is no house - it is not rare that we have the trails for ourselves.

The landscape is extremely varied within a short distance. Dense jungle, lush green cattle pastures reminiscent of the Scottish Highlands with their natural stone walls, fertile plantations and rugged lava zones - but at some point even the most beautiful trail ends on the coast.... no problem because then the shuttle taxi is waiting for the next trip.
